Equipment Mounting in a trailer for Bad Day Training and Consulting. Sensible Products worked with Bad Day Training and Consulting on figuring out a way to store and secure equipment that needs to be carried in the trailer that is used to haul equipment to training and consulting jobs. Sensible Products installed strips of Chanl Panl on the trailer side wall and installed removable storage racks that were held in place with adjustable brackets mounted to the Chanl Panl. If the racks need to be removed from the trailer, simply unhook the brackets and the racks are now removable. A Chanl Panl board was installed on one end of the rack to mount all foam appliances. A HazMat ID kit at the end of the rack was secured to the Chanl Panl board with a tie down. A fold down work station was installed on the opposite side of the trailer that is held against the wall with a Velcro strap when not in use and folds out with legs when in use. A custom plastic welded box by Sensible Products secured (2) 55 gallon training drums and pressurized cylinder. Contact Sensible Products Inc. for any of your trailer outfitting needs.
