Sutphen Pumper for Geneva Fire Department, Geneva, OH. Sensible Products Inc. worked with the Chief and committee to determine an equipment mounting plan once the apparatus arrived at Sensible Products. In the first drivers side compartment, Chanl Panl boards were added to the rear and side walls and all water flow equipment including LDH fittings, couplings, adapters, and nozzles were mounted. An SCBA was also mounted. In the lower portion of this compartment, a black plastic welded divider liner was mounted to separate hose rolls. No equipment was mounted in the second drivers side compartment, only labels. In the third drivers side compartment, an aluminum divider was added to the slide out tray to separate and secure a fan and three fire extinguishers. Chanl Panl boards were mounted to each side of the vertical slide out. All tools including: bolt cutters, pike pole, pry bar, flat and pick axes, claw tool, and halligan were mounted. Two portable lights were strapped down in the corner of the compartment. No equipment was mounted in the rear, only labels. In the third passengers side compartment, a Chanl Panl board was added to the rear wall of the upper portion of the compartment, and hoses and door spreader were secured. In the lower portion of this compartment, a cutter, spreader, and rams were mounted. A Glasmaster was secured on the side wall. In the second passengers side compartment, three of the Departments existing SCBA brackets were mounted. In the first passengers side compartment, a Chanl Panl rear wall board was added in the upper portion of this compartment and a pocket for saw parts and fuel mix was mounted. A chain saw was also mounted on the shelf in this compartment. In the lower portion of this compartment, a Chanl Panl rear wall board was added as well as a half shelf in the rear of the compartment to hold the Kodiak Jacks. The jacks were secured to the Chanl Panl with rubber brackets and pins. All equipment was labeled with red/white tags. This truck was completed in 2 1/2 days.
