New E-One Engine for Streetsboro Fire Department, Streetsboro, Ohio. The truck and all equipment was delivered to Sensible Products and staged on carts as seen in the pictures. Sensible Products along with members of the Streetsboro Fire Department reviewed over locations of the equipment to be mounted on the truck. Truck came with many vertical panels and shelves already installed. Sensible Products installed Chanl Panl boards on 4 vertical slide outs for water flow equipment on the drivers side and mounted all water flow equipment. Sensible Products also fabricated plastic welded dividers for hose. An out and down unit was moved within the drivers side wheel well cabinet to better utilize space for a rotary and chain saw. An additional shelf was added above the saws to secure the hotel pack. A strap pully assembly allows for ease of use in getting the hotel pack down from the shelf. Other plastic welded components were used throughout the truck to create dividers. All hand tools were mounted to 4 vertical Chanl Panl tool boards on the passengers side. Electric and PPV fans were secured, along with 4 extinguishers. Extrication cabinet consisted of plastic welded components to create slots for Rams and Combo tool. Cutters, Spreaders, and Power Unit were also secured. Additional shelving was moved or added to better utilize space in this area. Brackets for a 4.5″ female hydrant connection and 2.5″ male coupling pre-connection were mounted to the rear of the apparatus. All equipment was labeled with red/white tags. This truck was completed in 4 days and was ready to Go In Service when it left Sensible Products Inc.
